Matt is responsible for establishing and leading project teams through acquisition, design, planning, procurement, and construction, right through to the sales phases of the development cycle. Matt brings over 15 years of experience across a variety of roles and sectors, and with his passion for design and the way the built environment adds to the history of an area, Matt is committed to delivering an exciting new edition to the historic centre of Winchester.
